So our good friends the Bakers came up from Texas to stay with us for a long weekend. We had a lot of fun being with them. We went to the park , we went bowling, we played frisby golf, we went out to eat, we went to the mall, we played tennis, the guys went golfing three times, it was a packed weekend, but a lot of fun. We dragged Paige all over the place with us. As a result she hardly got any naps and was CRANKY by the time they left. I am still trying to get her back on a schedule and happy. Over all we had a great weekend. We love it when we get together because, although they have been gone for two years, it just feels like they never left. We are just laughing and kidding around the second they walk in the door. We really miss them.
Other than that not a whole lot is going on. We spent the 4th with my family doing a barbeque and fireworks on the drive way. We are trying to finish painting our basement. We started it a year ago and have never finished the trim or the doors. Saturday Justin hauled 12 doors up and out to our garage so we good attempt to start priming and painting them. By the time we got them up stair and all the hardware off, we were done. Painting comes next week!
Paige is doing good. She turned three months on Sunday and laughed for the first time yesterday while I was singing patty cake with her. It was so cute. She is growing too fast, but it is fun to watch.
We love everybody, and wish the best of luck to Nate and Celeste on their new adventure in Arizona. They will be missed more than they know.

St. George
Last week we went to St. George with my whole family, 8 adults, 6 kids and 3 infants! My Dad rented a six bedroom house for us all, the place was huge and it was gorgeous. It also had it's own pool. We had a great time. While we were there everyone wanted to go to Vegas. Ju and I have been a hundred times together and really did not want to drag Paige threw the heat, so we stayed in the house while everyone else left for the day. So of course, we're there alone, with our own private pool, what else are we going to do, but skinny dip!! The problem was that we were not aware of the pool guy who comes once a week. Sure enough there we are in the nude (while Paige was asleep) when who comes on over, that's right the pool guy. We had to ask him to give us five minutes! It was hilarious!!!! Anyway the rest of the trip was great. The pictures show Paige swimming for the first time and doing here first art project with her feet. The other grandkids did it with their hands, but Paige is not quite cooridinated enough for that. Plus there is an adorable picture of her with here two baby cousins. (Oh, by the way, I chopped of my hair, I'll send pics later.)
Family Home Evening
Tonight we had family home evening and Ali taught about Jesus. It was the best FHE ever!!! (5 min tops) Thats whhat happens when you teach a 10 week old, taught by a kindergarten teacher. We just got back from our trip to St. George. It was awesome. We will post some pictures in the next couple of days. By the way, Paige is growing at an enourmous rate. She is now 7 feet tall and 215 pounds!!!
I'm 2 Months!!!
Well today Paige is two months old. I can hardly beleive that we have been parents for that long, crazy! But she is a cutie. I had to post this picture becasue it was the first smile we actually caught on camera. I was so excited, I literally jumped up and down and clapped when Justin got it. I know, I'm such a Mom.
Life with Paige
Well I thought that as I am home now i should start to blog more, so here we go. Being a Mom has been awesome! Paige is so amazing, she is just a sweetheart. It is fun as we get to know her personality, and learn more about what she likes and doesn't like. It has been a challenge trying to figure out why she is crying and cleaning up poppy blow out after poopy blow out. Today she has gone through 4 onesies already! Laundry is crazy. She is really starting to react to us now and smiles a lot. I think we have taken 100 pictures just trying to catch one smile! Thanks to everyone who came to her blessing and supported us, we missed you guys down in Texas! We love you all.

Our precious girl
Well here we are parents. It has been quite a ride. It is amazing how fast you can fall in love with this little human that suddenly pops into your life. She is beautiful and I am getting more and more excited to be a mom. Thanks to everyone for all of your support and love, it has been felt on our end.
Introducing... Paige Taylor Brewer! Finally
Thank you to everyone!!!! We love you all and are very appreciative of the support from everyone. Thank you for posting pictures for us. As you can tell, we are not quite on the ball yet. It is amazing that all the advice people give you, all the classes you go to, and none of them prepare you for the first couple of days. They just allways leave that part out. I will not lie. It has been hard for us. We both physically do not feel the same ( though sometimes I wish I could take the same pain meds Ali gets). Also, emotionally it is so different, we are always in a state of being watchful over our precious Paige. It is getting better. We are finally getting settled and hope to continue to adjust.
Paige is so beautiful!!!!! So is such a blessing and we love her to death! It is incredible how instantly love can be there. Did I mention that she is so cute?
We love her, we love her, we love her!!!
If anyone would like to call or visit please let us know. We are finally at that point that we will answer calls.
Thanks agian everyone!
No Rush For Me
this is mainly for Ryon. Due to some unfortunate events...I will no longer be ready for the Rush. Basically I am saying that I am old and out of shape. jk....kind of. Actually, I will be having shoulder surgery sometime in July. They will be repairing and reattaching some of my tendons. All I know is that I will be in a sling for 6 weeks and 4-6 months of physical therapy. It kind of sucks!!!
One week left!!! We will kepp everyone updated on the status of baby...except Celeste(she knows why).
Anybody want a fridge?
Yes indeed!!! we are selling all of our old appliances. all we have left is this beautiful fridge. No reasonable offer will be refused!!!
Anyways, Everything is fine. We are just waiting for our little bundle of joy to come. Ali is tired of being kicked all the time. She gets tired really easy. She goes into the doctor today for her weekley checkup. We just can't wait for Paige Taylor Brewer to get here.
Speaking of the doctors, I had a MRI done on my shoulder last Friday. I go into the doctors today to see if I need Brain surgery....or whatever else is wrong with me. I'll let you know.
Goodbye for now.
